Long fellow

Is it just me, or is this worm about a third longer than normal?


I haven't watched that many worms, but I don't think I've ever seen one this long and I happened to have my camera in my hand. It was traveling overland from one raised bed to another for some reason.

    Wow!! He's long!! Are you sure he wasn't in "mid-stride"? Worms move around by kinda stretching and contracting. He looks really skinny so I would have guessed that he was in the "stretch" part of his movement. When they "contract" they get short and fat.
