Betcha thought I'd be posting snow pictures this week. No—that would be too predictable. Today the subject is potatoes.



Last summer I grew just enough potatoes for one good meal and seeds for next spring (I hope). I have to buy potatoes at the grocery store the rest of the year.

I always keep an eye out for Klamath potatoes. Why? My cousin and her husband grow potatoes in Tulelake, California. It's not too far away, and isn't it almost like growing them myself if a relative grows them?
