I love doves.This year a pair has decided to nest in a planter I have hanging on the patio screen. I planted verbena in it last year, but I'd much rather have the doves.

I love doves.This year a pair has decided to nest in a planter I have hanging on the patio screen. I planted verbena in it last year, but I'd much rather have the doves.
If I had a blog, my entry for tonight would be "I love frogs." As I'm checking email I hear our frogs croaking away. I love that sound. And now we have dozens and dozens of tadpoles swimming in our fountain pond.

I'm jealous. I remember collecting tadpoles as a kid in Oregon. I never see frogs here--very rarely a toad.
